Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with mowing, whipper snipping, lawn care programs, pruning, hedging, mulching planting, weeding and more to ensure the overall health and aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
   

• Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish gardening tasks and projects within established timelines.
   

• Receive and implement feedback from experienced gardeners and supervisors to continuously improve gardening techniques and approaches.

Qualifications and Characteristics:

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred.
   

• Is competent with using a lawn mower, whipper snipper to edge and can perform hedge trimming and pruning tasks.
   

• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
   

• Reliable transportation to reach different work locations as needed.
